Meal Option I

Succulent Beef Fillet, cooked to perfection. Served medium, napped with parmesan and black pepper cream, steamed garlic green beans and crispy potato straw.

Meal Option II

Cranberry and Camembert stuffed Chicken Fillet, parmesan crème, topped with crispy bacon crumble served with roasted new potatoes, honeyed carrots and green beans.

Meal Option III

Roasted Cauliflower Steak with masala roasted butternut and chickpeas. Served on coriander sweet potato mash, presented with a coconut curry sauce and sweet potato straw.
